Full payment or an advance payment may be required depending on the service booked. Customers must complete payment within the specified time to secure their booking.

  1. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests will be processed according to the applicable airline, hotel, tour operator and service-provider policies, along with our cancellation terms.

Applicable cancellation charges, service fees and payment processing charges, where permitted, may be deducted from the refund.

Refund processing times depend on the service provider, bank and payment method.

If money is deducted but the booking is not confirmed, customers should contact us with the transaction reference number and payment details. We will verify the transaction and assist with the refund or booking confirmation, as applicable.
